They can be rented altogether for a maximum of 29 people or separately. The main building features also a first floor which is occupied in summer by the owners of the property, at the disposal to any guest's necessity.
The swimming pool (15x7 square metres and 1.10 m depth) and the tennis court are used exclusively from the house guests. The swimming pool is available from April to November. The football field can be also freely used by the villa guests on demand but can be separately rented as it has a dedicated entrance. In any case, the use of swimming pool, tennis court an football field do not come under the terms of the lease because there is no provision for security staff. Nevertheless, the facilities may be used exclusively by the guests staying in the house, but the owner will not be responsible for any damage occurring to persons or property.
